Welkom bij MAURIUS

Mijn naam is Ernesto Arrendell, bewustzijnscoach en ceremonieleider. Ik open verschillende frequentievelden met elektronische soundscapes, een brede collectie aan instrumenten en mijn stem. Alles intuïtief afgestemd op wat er in het moment ontstaat. Tijdens de sessie lossen je gedachten op, lost het besef van tijd op en ontstaat diepe ontspanning.

✧ Hoe ziet de avond eruit? ✧
Als je binnenkomt kies je een plek waarin je rustig jezelf mag installeren. Je wordt energetisch gereinigd, daarna volgt verbonden ademhaling, een geleide gesproken inleiding die je onderbewustzijn opent en dan de reis zelf. Achteraf is er tijd om rustig terug te komen en is er drinken en wat te snacken.

Voor mensen die zichzelf een mental-wellness gunnen. Die verlangen naar vertraging en diepe ontspanning. Voor wie ruimte wil maken, zonder iets actiefs te hoeven doen.

► Entree: 40,- dat is inclusief drinken en wat te snacken achteraf
► Meenemen: Mat en deken (alles om comfortabel te kunnen liggen) Heb je geen mat? Laat dit dan weten dan kun je een matje lenen

My name is Ernesto Arrendell, consciousness coach and ceremony leader. I open different frequency fields with electronic soundscapes, a wide collection of instruments and my voice. Everything intuitively attuned to what arises in the moment. During the session your thoughts dissolve, the sense of time fades and deep relaxation emerges.

✧ What does the evening look like? ✧
When you arrive you choose a spot where you can settle in quietly. You are energetically cleansed, followed by connected breathing, a guided spoken introduction that opens your subconscious and then the journey itself. Afterwards there is time to slowly return and there are drinks and some snacks.

For people who want to give themselves a moment of genuine rest. Who long for slowness and deep relaxation. For those who want to create space, without having to do anything active.
