🏞 Would you like to spend a day dedicated to Yoga practice in togetherness, fun and Nature ? This event offers a deepening of your practice while meeting with like-minded people in a healthy, inspiring, beautiful environment.

What will happen ?
9.30 Opening circle warm welcome with tea
10.00 a 90 minutes Vinyasa Flow ( teacher : Madú certified from Frog Lotus Yoga )
11.30 sliding into meditation
12.00 a tour in our abundantly blooming forest and garden
12.30 Lunchtime / Leisure Time, Social Time, Sun-Bathing time
14.30 Deepening Postures atelier, anatomic tips, intermediate level inversions tips
15.30-ish Snack Time + Talk around Yoga Philosophy and Concrete Spiritual Application in Life
16.45 Closing the circle and Blessing Back to your life

This atelier is a joyous boost for your life and practice. You are also very welcome if you have “only” one class or two of experience. For any questions, feel free to contact me.

What to bring : comfortable clothes, your yoga mat, props if you need, sun protection as well as mosquitos protection, and your own water bottle if you wish.

Food and Drink : Around midday, you may enjoy an organic vegetarian lunch prepared for you. Throughout the day, there is (herbal) tea, water, and of course, something tasty to go with it.

About Madú
Madú is a life-long adventurer, truth seeker and peace-maker. She dedicates her life to spiritual study, self-inquiry, and is manifesting it in various ways such as offering workshops, retreats, gardening, singing, walking, contemplating Nature…
Madú is a recently certified Yoga Teacher from Suryalila retreat center (Frog Lotus Yoga) after having practiced for years the magic of meditation, pranayamas, and different yoga styles.
She is here today to teach and share the richness of those Godsent practices.

Location : In the core of a Bird Oasis Forest, you are hosted in a precious cosy yurt, dedicated to ceremonies and uplifting celebrations. The yurt faces a pond where are bathing hundreds of frogs, gracious willow trees, and grazing dragon-flies. The Nature here offers a safe and sweet cradle to pause, to reconnect with basic grounds, inviting you to breathe wider and regenerate for a moment.
