Theta Session is een mental wellness ervaring. Een diepe ontspanningsreis waarin live elektronische klanken en ceremoniële invloeden samenkomen.

Tijdens de sessie begeleiden Someni en Ernesto je hersenen naar de theta staat. De grens tussen wakker zijn en dromen, waar het onderbewustzijn toegankelijk wordt en je lichaam vanzelf tot rust komt. Niet iets wat je doet. Maar het gevolg van een gekalmeerd zenuwstelsel en diepe ontspanning.

✧ Hoe ziet de avond eruit? ✧
De avond begint met verbonden ademhaling. Daarna word je via stem naar binnen geleid terwijl je comfortabel ligt voor een innerlijke reis van ongeveer 120 minuten.

Met Theta Session werken we met verschillende frequenties, stem, ceremoniële instrumenten en elektronische soundscapes. We werken onder andere met solfeggio frequenties en chakra codes. Alles intuïtief afgestemd op wat er in het moment ontstaat. De klanken zijn openend en verdiepend en ondersteunen het natuurlijke herstel van het systeem. Wat je meeneemt verschilt per persoon. Mensen beschrijven diepe ontspanning, warmte, verwondering, helderheid. Anderen verwerken iets wat ze al een tijdje met zich meedroegen. Weer anderen zijn gewoon een avond volledig offline.

Een Theta Sessie is voor iedereen die behoefte heeft aan rust, helderheid en verbinding met zichzelf. Je hebt geen eerdere ervaring nodig. Je hoeft nergens in te geloven. Je hoeft alleen maar te verschijnen zoals je op dat moment bent.

✧ Wie dit begeleiden? ✧
Theta Session wordt gedragen door Someni en Ernesto, met ondersteuning van spaceholders.

Someni is al meer dan 25 jaar DJ & producer van elektronische muziek. Intuïtief brengt hij naar buiten wat er in het moment nodig is.

Ernesto begeleidt innerlijke reizen vanuit een ceremoniële achtergrond en is gespecialiseerd in het navigeren van het onderbewustzijn.

De sessie biedt ruimte aan maximaal twintig deelnemers.
Gebruik van bedje, drinken en snacks is inbegrepen.

Theta Session is a mental wellness experience. A deep journey of relaxation where live electronic music and ceremonial sounds come together.

During the session, Someni and Ernesto guide your brain into the theta state. The threshold between waking and dreaming, where the subconscious becomes accessible and your body naturally comes to rest. Not something you do. But the result of a calmed nervous system and deep relaxation.

✧ What does the evening look like? ✧
The evening begins with connected breathwork. You are then guided inward through voice while lying comfortably for an inner journey of approximately 120 minutes.

With Theta Session we work with different frequencies, voice, ceremonial instruments and electronic soundscapes. We work among other things with solfeggio frequencies and chakra codes. All intuitively attuned to what arises in the moment. The sounds are opening and deepening and support the natural restoration of the system. What you take home differs per person. People describe deep relaxation, warmth, wonder, clarity. Others process something they have been carrying for a while. Others simply spend an evening completely offline.

Theta Session is for anyone who feels a need for rest, clarity and connection with themselves. You don't need any prior experience. You don't need to believe anything. You only need to show up as you are in that moment.

Theta Session is guided by Someni and Ernesto, with the support of spaceholders.

Someni has been a DJ and producer of electronic music for over 25 years. Intuitively he brings out what is needed in the moment.

Ernesto guides inner journeys from a ceremonial background and specialises in navigating the subconscious.

The session welcomes a maximum of twenty participants.
Use of a bed, drinks and snacks is included.
