Conscious Connection Retreat #2
September 24 - September 27
What does it mean to be human?
Perhaps it is to feel connected.
Connected to our bodies, to the land beneath our feet,
to the food that nourishes us, to one another, and to ourselves.
Yet in modern life, these connections can easily fade into the background.
We spend much of our time indoors, moving from one responsibility to the next.
We are constantly connected through our phones and social media,
yet authentic human connection can feel increasingly rare.
Amidst the noise and stimulation of daily life, it can become difficult to hear our own inner voice and remember what truly matters.
At times, we are called to step back and re-treat from the pace of everyday life.
To slow down. To breathe. To create space for presence, reflection, and reconnection.
We invite you to reconnect with your body, your mind, and the natural world around you.
Feel the earth beneath your feet. Wake with the rhythm of nature.
Return to the simplicity of the present moment.
Held on a beautiful permaculture farm in rural France,
this retreat offers an opportunity to immerse yourself in a more grounded way of living.
Surrounded by forests, open fields, and animals,
you will experience the restorative power of nature and community.
Through daily movement practices, yoga, meditation, phone-free days,
and silent mornings, you are given the space to gently reconnect with yourself.
Through a hands-on permaculture workshop, you will deepen your connection with the land, learn how food is grown, and rediscover the relationship between nourishment, nature, and daily life.
In a small group of like-minded individuals, we create a safe and supportive space for conscious connection.
Through guided practices and shared experiences, you will explore what it means to meet yourself and others with presence, openness, authenticity, and intention.
This retreat is an invitation to slow down, deepen awareness,
and cultivate meaningful connection with yourself, others, nature, and the land that sustains us.
To remember what it means to be human.
