As yoga teachers, breathwork facilitators and bodyworkers, we spend so much time holding space for

others.
But when was the last time someone held space for you?

This intimate 5-day immersion is an invitation to step out of teaching for a moment… and become the student again.

To slow down.
To reconnect with your own body.
To deepen not only your knowledge of Yin Yoga, fascia and the nervous system—but your ability to embody what you teach.

Together we will explore:

🎓 Earn 30+ Yoga Alliance Continuing Education (YACEP) hours

Set in a beautiful French château, this immersion blends education with restoration.

Think nourishing meals, peaceful mornings, time in nature, the Lot River, meaningful conversations and space to simply breathe again.
