An invitation to reconnect with the original, effortless path of your voice.
A guided journey that brings awareness to the pelvic floor — your solid foundation, your ground. And to listening.
To that quiet inner force that stirs, and from which your voice can rise.
Experience singing as a release, a dancing sigh, or a slowly growing root.

The evening takes place in an intimate, atmospheric setting at Studio Vredenburgh, along the canals of Amsterdam.
Expect a series of body-based practices with a touch of mysticism.
We start from the treasure chamber of your inner world: thoughts and feelings that travel on the breath and are carried outward through sound.

By resonating with whatever is present in the moment, a space opens up where your unique voice can be discovered on a deeper level.

♣️ FACILITATOR
Nina van Koppen is an actress, theater maker, and voice liberation guide. Drawn to the healing and connective power of theatre, she explores the space between performance and ceremony. During several long journeys around the world, she connected with indigenous traditions and rituals, mythical stories, and inspiring forms of self-expression. She now weaves her experiences into interactive theater performances, spoken word pieces, and musical cacao ceremonies with the collective Kakao Express.
In addition to her creative work, she passionately guides individuals and groups in freeing voice and word — through various workshop programs and 1-on-1 sessions in her practice at Ruigoord.
Her teachings are inspired by her studies in voice liberation, poetry, acting, theatre-making, kundalini yoga, various meditation techniques, and 15+ years of stage experience adventures.
