https://aandacht.net/ of luister de podcast The Way Out is In (Engelstalig)

ENGLISH
Every Sunday, Sangha The Hague warmly welcomes you to a peaceful gathering in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh and Plum Village. Whether you're new to mindfulness or have been practicing for years, you're invited to join our community as we explore meditation and mindful practice together.
Each session is lovingly guided by experienced practitioners, so the format may vary, but you can count on these nourishing elements: a guided meditation, walking meditation, and silent sitting. We also enjoy a tea ceremony and take time to share from the heart about our experiences, both in meditation and in daily life. Everything we do is grounded in mindfulness.
On June 1st, we'll read and reflect on the Five Mindfulness Trainings, no prior knowledge needed. You can read them in advance (if you like) here
https://plumvillage.org/mindfulness/the-5-mindfulness-trainings
You don’t need to be a Buddhist, or even know much about Thich Nhat Hanh’s tradition, to join us. Everyone is welcome, beginners and long-time practitioners practice side by side.

Interested? We'd love to hear from you! Contact us for the location and any other info, and if you’d like to stay in the loop, we’re happy to add you to our mailing list.
