Women's Cacao Ceremony - Winter Solstice

À propos de cet événement

Lovely woman,

During this Women's Ceremony we will honor the natural start of Winter: the Winter Solstice/Yule. During this circle I will hold space for you to find deep rest this winter by a Cacao Ceremony, Sound Healing, Yoga Nidra, Sharing Circles and Journaling in the beautiful yurt of Mahara in the centre of Amsterdam.

What's included:
- Ceremonial Cacao
- Tea
- Homemade snacks
- A little homemade gift
- Meditation cushions, a few blankets and pillows

What to bring:
- Warm, comfortable clothes (a heater is present but make sure you are extra warm)
- A notebook and a pen
- A blanket
- Something that means something to you so you can place it at the altar
- Eyepillow (if you like)

I highly recommend arriving on time, preferably around 11:45, so you allow yourself to land into the space :)

I am very much looking forward to see you!

With lots of love,
Isabella
