For thousands of years, cacao has been honored as a sacred heart medicine. Known as “the food of the gods,” it gently opens the heart, calms the mind, and deepens connection. Rich in natural compounds, cacao eases tension, enhances focus, and invites clarity.
In circle, it becomes a ritual of presence and gratitude — amplifying our intentions. Just as the Equinox brings balance and the New Moon a fresh start, cacao supports release, nourishment, and renewal.
