À propos de cet événement
We live in a digital era in which we are all connected more than ever before, but somehow there is a lack of true connection. of touch.
🫂 Cuddling has been proven to:
- lower stress
- boost your immune system
- regulate your nervous system
- lower fear and anxiety
But these benefits can only come when it’s done right and you feel safe and at ease. And that is what this workshop is all about. Discovering what makes you feel that way.
A cuddle workshop is a structured workshop focused on loving touch. We start the workshop by connecting to ourselves and slowly work our way to connecting with others.
‼️ The focus of the workshop is strictly platonic and we stay away from sensual or sexual energy. Not because sensuality or sexuality is bad, but because we create a container in which touch can be explored without it having to go anywhere afterwards. It can just be as it is.
In this workshop we will use elements of meditation, sharing, movement, setting boundaries, and expressing desires to create a safe(r) setting for you to explore platonic touch.
All exercises I share are invitations and can be done in variations that don’t even have to include touch if you don’t feel like it. So no matter if you’re an experienced cuddler or a complete beginner, you can explore what way works for you.
NOURISHMENT
Besides physical and emotional nourishment, Home Culture specializes in serving incredibly delicious meals. Come hang out and land before the workshop and enjoy a nice meal for 15 euros. feeling like a sweet treat? Add in desert for 3 euros. Trust me when I say, you don’t want to miss out on this.

ABOUT HOME CULTURE
Home culture is a creative culinary space for community events in Amsterdam. It is an ode to everything that brings us to that space called home: good people, home cooked food, music sometimes loud, sometimes low, a seat at the table for everyone, a place you can be yourself.
