LEAP (Lifeforce Energy Awakening Process) - Kundalini Activation

À propos de cet événement

🌟 LEAP – Lifeforce Energy Awakening Process 🌟
LEAP is a direct energy transmission that activates your lifeforce — also called kundalini. This creative energy lives inside all of us, but often lies dormant. When awakened, it brings a natural and profound self-awakening process.

Unlike willful practices such as kundalini yoga or tantra, LEAP is a path of surrender. The energy itself has an intelligence: it gives you exactly what you need in each moment. Gently, without forcing, it can open doors to deep healing, awareness, authenticity and joy.

🌟 What to expect during a session 🌟
You simply lie down on a yoga mat with your eyes closed, while music supports the process. I may intuitively touch you at certain points on the body. If you do not want to be touched please tell me in advance, I can also do it without touching, touching just intensifies the process.

Inside, a wide range of experiences can unfold:
- spontaneous movements
- emotional release
- visions or deep insights
- feelings of bliss or calm

Each journey is unique — every time.

🌟 Possible benefits participants report 🌟
- mental clarity and deep calm
- release of stress and tension
- emotional healing and resilience
- more energy and vitality
- deeper connection with intuition
- shedding of limiting beliefs
- feeling more confident and aligned
- spiritual awakening and expanded awareness
- a sense of freedom, joy and authenticity

Sometimes this process also brings things to the surface you’d rather not see or feel. That’s part of the clearing — a release of blockages so that new energy and lightness can flow in.
The process never gives you more than you can handle. You will always be ready for whatever will arise.

🌟 About Stéphanie & Stephie’s Kitchen 🌟
I founded Stephie’s Kitchen as a space to nourish — not only with food, but with experiences that touch the heart and soul. After many years leading and growing organizations, I followed my own path of self-discovery through Phoenix training, energy work and LEAP.

In my workshops I create a safe, warm, down-to-earth space where you can simply arrive as you are. I believe in learning and growing together — with openness, curiosity and compassion.
