Forró Rhythms & Music Workshop - Xôte

À propos de cet événement

This is for the registration for the first workshop on rhythm and percussions.
If there is interest, there will be more ( I think in total 5), each workshop covering one of the five Forró rhythms: Xôte, baião, forró, arrastape e xaxado.

Content:
In this workshop you will lean:
1) The basics of rhythm
2) The technicalities of the forró rhythms
3) To play one of following instruments: zabumba, triangolo, agogo & pandeiro
4) (if we are fast enough) we could play a song together :)

To use one of the instrument mentioned above only 7 places available

4 more places are available if you want to bring your own instrument

Time:
19:00 to 21:00
