Cacao Ceremonie

Stel je een heerlijke zondagavond voor — een moment helemaal voor jezelf.

Het einde van het jaar komt dichterbij en dit is een mooi moment om even stil te staan. Om terug te voelen naar wat het afgelopen jaar je bracht…

Wat je meeneemt.
Wat je mag loslaten.
En welke ruimte er in jou ontstaat voor het nieuwe dat zich wil aandienen.

Tijdens deze avond komen we samen in verbinding, gedragen door de zachte en diepe werking van ceremoniële cacao.

Cacao opent je hart, helpt je te zakken in je lichaam en brengt je terug naar je eigen essentie.
Het is een plantmedicijn dat je ondersteunt bij het voelen, verzachten en loslaten — precies wat deze tijd van het jaar vraagt.

Ik neem je mee in een liefdevolle reis met meditatie, visualisatie en journalling.

Je hoeft geen ervaring te hebben, alleen de bereidheid om aanwezig te zijn met jezelf.

Als je een eigen journal hebt of favoriete pennen, neem die vooral mee.

We creëren een warme, veilige space waarin je mag landen, voelen en ontspannen.
Een plek waar je niet hoeft te presteren, niets hoeft vast te houden en alles welkom is.

Samen maken we ruimte — voor rust, helderheid en een nieuwe intentie die je vanuit je hart gaat zetten.

✧ De avond ziet er ongeveer zo uit:

– Aankomen in stilte met een zachte meditatie
– Ceremoniële cacao ontvangen
– Een diepe meditatie en visualisatie om naar binnen te keren
– Liggend ontspannen en zakken in je lichaam
– Tijd voor journalling (begeleide schrijfoefeningen) – Afsluiting in verbinding

Het is een kleine, intieme groep , bewust gekozen zodat er genoeg aandacht en ruimte is voor jou.

Je bent van harte welkom. Kom precies zoals je bent. Geef jezelf dit moment van rust in de drukte van december, zodat je vanuit verbinding met jezelf de feestdagen in stroomt.

✧ Locatie Stilte in de Stad,
een rustige, fijne plek in een zijstraatje van de Oudegracht in Utrecht. Goed bereikbaar met de fiets en met het openbaar vervoer.

Het is fijn om van te voren niet te veel te eten en om comfortable kleding te dragen.
Als je het fijn vind om een dekentje mee te nemen of lekkere warme sokken kun je dat natuurlijk doen.

Ik kijk ernaar uit om deze avond met je te delen.

Together, we make space — for rest, clarity, and a new intention that comes directly from your heart.

– Time to lie down, relax, and settle into your body
