Come As You Are - Release

À propos de cet événement

The year is almost over.
And maybe you’re still carrying a bit of the year with you.

Moments.
Stories.
Tension in places you forgot were tight.

What if… you didn’t have to take it all with you?

Our first edition of ‘Come As You Are’ will be around the theme of release, it’s not about analysing the year. It’s about letting it move. Letting your body do what it already knows how to do.

We begin slowly. A guided meditation to arrive, soften and land in your body. Not asking what should I let go of? but allowing whatever is ready to leave and find its way out.

From there, sound takes over. A sound journey where you can lie down, journal, rest, feel or drift. No fixing. No pushing. Just listening. Letting sound loosen what’s been holding on.

Gradually, the energy shifts. Rhythm sneaks in. Live music and a DJ set invite movement, release and a little messiness if that’s what’s needed. You can dance, stretch, shake or stay still. No talking required. This is not a performance. This a moment to create space for your body.

We end by slowing everything back down. A final guided meditation to gather yourself again. More relaxed and chill.

No grand endings.
Just a soft exhale at the end of the year.

This is the first of three try-out editions of Come As You Are.
The journey continues on the first and third Sunday of January, moving through the themes of making space and taking shape.

Come as you are.
