Winter Solstice Circle

À propos de cet événement

ABOUT THE SEASONS CIRCLE PROJECT
Modern life, driven by artificial schedules and the constant glow of screens, has distanced us from the natural cycles of the Sun and the Moon — and from our own feminine creative essence.
Seasons Circle was born from a deep longing to reconnect women’s rhythms with those of Mother Earth, through celebration and awareness of the wisdom that each season brings.

ABOUT THE WINTER CIRCLE
As autumn fades and the nights grow longer, we are invited to dive into the stillness and silence of winter. This is the season of retreat — a time for rest, dreaming, and inner renewal. Just as nature slows down and turns inward to the soil, we too are called to nourish our roots and listen to what lives within us.
This circle offers a sacred space to pause, to welcome what is, and to prepare the heart for the new cycle that will soon awaken with the light of the solstice. It is a moment to honor the pause, trust the wisdom of stillness, and allow the quiet guidance of winter to bring us back to what truly matters.

ABOUT CACAO
Cacao is an ancestral medicine, known for opening the heart and awakening presence. Its gentle spirit leads us into a deep state of connection — with ourselves, with others, and with the heartbeat of the Earth.
Rich in antioxidants, minerals, and mood-enhancing compounds, cacao works on both body and soul: it gently energizes, calms the mind, and nourishes the heart. In ceremony, it becomes a portal for inner listening, intuitive flow, and emotional healing.

WHO IS IT FOR
For all women who feel the call to pause, to care for themselves, and to find beauty in gathering in circle — nurturing sisterhood and reconnecting with the energies of each season of the year.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Cacao Ceremony, Meditation & Reiki
Nat guides us on a heart-opening journey through the medicine of cacao, harmonized with guided meditation and the healing energy of Reiki. (Optional: microdose of truffles to deepen the inner journey.)

Wisdom of Winter
An invitation to retreat inward and listen deeply to the heart. Guided by Nic, we open space to welcome the lessons that winter have to offer: the power of silence, the warmth of the hearth, the rest that restores, and the seed of new dreams germinating in the dark.

Herbs of the Season
We’ll dive into the world of winter herbs, exploring their healing properties and learning, hands-on, how to prepare natural remedies and potions to take home — companions for comfort and self-care throughout the season.

Nourishment & Sharing
We close the circle with light snacks and heartfelt sharing among women, nurturing body and soul in a space of warmth and loving connection.
