Yang Yin XL - Balance with Ehud Neuhaus

À propos de cet événement

Yang and Yin are always moving, dancing with each other. Balance is a dynamic thing, never a straight line.
In this 3-hour XL class we will practice finding balance: balancing on our feet and hands, balancing effort and relaxation, movement and stillness.
You can expect a juicy Yang practice, building up towards some challenging balances, followed by a soothing Yin practice.

Ehud Neuhaus has been studying and assisting Anat Geiger and Marcel van de Vis Heil in their Functional Yoga Teacher Training since 2013 and in the last years studying with Paul and Suzee Grilley.

Ehud’s teaching style is playful and introspective, mostly combining Yang and Yin aspects in his classes. Asana and philosophy are both practiced on the mat.
Ehud will be teaching in english, but also speaks dutch.
