Whether you are an experienced therapist looking to expand your techniques and explore a different approach, or a beginner ready to step into the world of touch and care.

This space is designed to support your journey, helping you build confidence in your body, in your contact, and in your ability to offer healing, grounded touch.



Heart To Heart Massage is a playful and creative method that supports your body as a giver.
By using more of your elbows, forearms, and body weight, you'll learn to create depth with minimal effort, making your work effective, nourishing, and much more enjoyable over time!


During this workshop we work on massage tables,
fully clothed, allowing the focus to remain on technique and presence,
holding space together, and creating a safe and comfortable learning environment.


After the introduction and opening circle, we will pair up for a guided massage practice in turns.
One person gives a full back-of-the-body treatment while the other receives,
then we take a short break and switch roles.


Location:
Oost west centrum - Van Schoonbekestraat 148, 2018 Antwerpen
13:00-17:00.

What to Bring:

-Comfortable clothes ( as this practice is with clothes on).
-Your water bottle.
-Optional: covering for the massage table (sheet, towel, blanket).

-A deeper understanding of how to use touch as a powerful tool for connection and support.

-Learn new techniques to enhance your massage skills using intuitive and effective methods.

-Experience personal growth through shared learning and meaningful connections with like-minded People.



Future Workshops:

We will explore different themes in future workshops, such as working on the front side of the body, offering complete treatments, giving Tai massage and massage using oils.
These sessions will allow us to deepen our connection, it will refine your intuition, and enrich our touch skills.


About Your Host:

Mattan means- Giving
My massage career began 15 years ago.
I trained in Swedish, holistic, and sports-oriented massage.
Over the years, I've integrated practices such as tai chi, contact dance, and healing energy work into my massage practice.

These disciplines support grounded posture, use of gravity, and full-body contact, allowing for a more effective and sustainable way of working.

If you want to give massage with more ease, stay energized, and keep growing, this workshop gives you the space to do that.



We practice in a small, intimate group.
Places are limited.
