Lunar Sound Healing - Full Moon in Libra

À propos de cet événement

Surrender into a Sound Journey during the Full Moon in Libra:

This Full Moon in Libra is a moment traditionally associated with balance, harmony, and reflection. This gathering invites you to slow down, reset your nervous system, and reconnect through sound and stillness.

Experience a monthly sound journey aligned with the New or Full Moon. Each session works with carefully chosen instruments, materials—wood, metal, stone, water— and rituals matched to the lunar cycle and zodiac symbolism as a framework for reflection.

These sessions offer space to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect through sound, rhythm, and rest.

A Sound Bath gently shifts your brainwaves from active Beta/Gamma states into deep Theta/Delta states of relaxation, helping body and mind release tension, stress, and emotional blockages. Because our bodies are mostly water, sound vibrations move easily through us, supporting self-healing and restoring balance.

Benefits include:
• Deep rest and relaxation
• Reduced stress and pain
• Greater clarity and intuition

We begin with a short meditation and ritual, and close with space to reflect. Please wear warm, comfortable clothing and bring your own mat, blankets, or cushions.

Contra-indications
This session is not suitable as a seated practice. The experience is designed to be done lying down; seated participation significantly reduces the effectiveness of the session and may disturb others. If a participant insists on sitting, they may be offered a chair in the corner and will be asked to remain still with eyes closed.

This session is also less suitable for people with epilepsy, mania, delusions, or psychoses, serious heart problems, low blood pressure, or implants, metal parts, or medical devices. For people with hearing difficulties and for pregnant women, participation is possible, but caution is advised.
