Aerial Sound bath

À propos de cet événement

Treat yourself to ultimate relaxation during a magical sound journey where you are gently held in the air.

During an Aerial Sound Bath you are supported by hammocks and invited to experience a unique state of relaxation where time, space, and gravity seem to disappear. Settle into your own cocoon and be guided into a meditative state to relax, let go and heal. This immersive experience allows you to receive the sounds from all directions as they move through the space.

A safe and nurturing environment is created where you can enjoy the healing sounds of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, made from pure quartz crystal blended with precious and semi-precious gemstones and noble metals, each carrying specific healing properties. These are combined with Tibetan bowls, handpan, gong, and many other instruments, all played throughout the space.

As you receive the sound bath, you are guided from Beta/Gamma brainwaves (an alert, active state) into Theta/Delta brainwaves (a deeply relaxed, sleep-like state). In this space, your body and mind can release tension and emotions that may be holding you back. Since the human body is made up of nearly 75% water, an excellent conductor of sound vibrations, these frequencies naturally guide you toward what you need most in the moment.

Benefits of a Sound Bath:
- Experience deep relaxation in the body
- Reduces stress, anxiety, depression, tension, and pain
- Activates the body’s natural self-healing ability
- Helps release emotional blockages
- Deepens connection with your intuition
- Enhances awareness and mental clarity
