A constellation is a powerful therapeutic method for gaining insight into unconscious, dysfunctional patterns and deeper (family) dynamics that influence your daily life.

✨ It helps to shed light on what is often felt, but not yet fully understood. ✨

Systemic work goes beyond the thinking mind and works on a deeper level, often leading to insights that are both surprising and meaningful. It does not aim to fix or change, but rather to offer a deeper understanding of your emotions and behaviours — allowing you to gain a new perspective, find emotional relief, and foster compassion or a sense of closure.

During the session, we explore what is happening beneath the surface — beyond words and beyond quick solutions.

🌿 We allow feelings and experiences to be present, without trying to fix them
🌿 You may gain insights that bring more clarity, calm, and direction
🌿 Each experience is personal — you receive what is right for you in that moment

🌿 As a questioner
You bring a personal question, theme, or situation from your life. This does not need to be clearly defined beforehand. We begin with a simple question: “What are you currently facing?”

🌿 As a representative
As a representative, you take on a role within someone else’s constellation. When stepping into the “knowing field”, you may sense and express emotions, physical sensations, and underlying dynamics within the family system.
As well as contributing to the someone else’s journey, being a representative often brings valuable insights for your own life. No experience is needed — you will be guided throughout.
