1-DAY WORKSHOP - Sacred Grief Work - Sunday, June 7, 2026, in Terschuur
(Next dates are: 5 juli and 4 september at location Isis Sofia in Dalfsen)

This workshop is for you if you have experienced loss in your life—whether it be the loss of a child, partner, family member, friend, health, job, dreams, language, culture, or country of origin—and you’re struggling to cope with grief and all the emotions that come with it.

This workshop will help you:
- Develop skills to embrace grief with compassion and reverence, trusting in its sacred wisdom.
- Understand your emotions as an intelligence that guides you toward who you are as a whole, living human being.
- Let go of old stories that no longer serve you.
- Allow sadness, guilt, shame, silence, and anger to flow through you, so that you return to the natural flow of life.
- Create a new, healthier culture in which sadness is honored rather than shamed and suppressed.

We invite you to experience one or more of the following elements:
- sacred sounds + sound healing
- poetry + writing exercises
- listening + sharing in the whole group + smaller circles
- community ritual + ritual sanctuaries

Time: 9:30 AM–17:00 PM
Format: Small-group workshop (maximum 12 people)
Location: Yurt Meeting, Terschuur (Central Netherlands, Amersfoort)

Language: The workshop is bilingual (English and Dutch).
