WHEN TWO OLD CIVILIZATIONS MEET
For the 2nd time Yaku Amaru & Nina Kuntur will come all the way from Peru, to bring their wisdom, medicine, traditions, music and purest essence to the Conscious Castle 🏰 in Belgium.
When Yaku & Kuntur arrived last year at the Conscious Castle 🏰 for the first time, they were amazed by the tranquil atmosphere that this 13th century building radiates. The perfect place for them to connect 'the old continent' with their indigenous Andean culture from the other side of the globe, which is more than 5000 years old.
During this 3-days ceremonial retreat they will create a space of AYNI (reciprocity/wederkerigheid): a circle where ancient memory meets present breath. Where the sacred is not distant, but alive in every gesture, Yaku & Kuntur will share their wisdom with us through various rituals and support the whole with their music, in respect and harmony with nature. Their ceremonies are true celebrations of life, and we expect nothing less this year!
THE MAIN CEREMONY
The main ceremony will take place during the day. It will help you activate or strengthen your personal power so you can integrate it into your live. You become more aware, regenerate, heal, and nourish yourself. This allows you to fully enjoy life—in love with Love.
Live music and dance will make a substantial contribution to the ceremony too. Immerse yourself completely in the safe atmosphere, that can vary from deep and soothing, to downright uplifting. Either way: you're in the very capable hands of two loving beings that simply want to share their gifts with all their harts!
YOUR VENUE
The Conscious Castle 🏰 is being created by Danny & Joyce. As it is also their home you're not just a participant to them. No, you're their honored guest and you will be treated as such! Once entered through their gate, you step back into time, leaving 'The Matrix' behind. Like any other guest you too will feel warm and held by the castle's intimate courtyard and thick walls. Its moat creates a natural barriere, adding to the peaceful and protected atmosphere. A 13th century setting with 21st century luxury: we cannot think of a better place to let these two old civilizations meet!
LANGUAGE
The working language will be English. Translation into Dutch is possible.
WHEN AND WHERE
Start on July 28 at 3pm; finishing on the 30th at 3pm.
Our tower temple at the Conscious Castle 🏰 in Verlaine, Belgium, will be our ceremonial space. Weather permitting we'll be sharing rituals in nature as well.
PROGRAM
🏰 July 28 / Day 1: Opening - Preparation:
- Presentation circle and intentions
- Saminchay (cleansing ritual to bless the land and people. And convocation Hatun Ayllu (Great Family). Finishing with a dance of honor and gratitude that we are all together.
- Haywakuy (ritual of preparing an offering of gratitude with all our intentions and give it to Father Fire).
🏰 July 29 / Day 2: Ceremony day, starting from 9am for approximately 10 hours.
🏰 July 30 / Day 3: Integration - Closing:
- Circle of sharing experiences
- Commitment of collective intention of a Renewal Ritual - empower our personal conclusions we found during the ceremony… Celebration all together.
INVESTMENT:
- Sleeping in the Conscious Castle 🏰 or Conscious Farm 🌾 (on a first come, first serve base): €495 pp (3 days, including: ceremonies, food & drinks, bed linen, towels, 2/3 persons per room.
- Sleeping in your campervan (only a few spots): €395 pp (3 days, including: ceremonies, food & drinks, sharing communal bathrooms in the Conscious Farm 🌾).
EXTRA OPTIONS
- If you’d like to give yourself some extra landing time before the retreat starts, then there's the possibility to arrive Monday afternoon. Extra costs: €95pp. This includes diner on the 27th and breakfast and lunch on the 28th. Or stay another day longer for €50pp.
- Yaku & Kuntur will bring jewelery made by women from their village that you can purchase.

ABOUT YAKU and KUNTUR
Yaku Amaru (Water Serpent) and Nina Kuntur (Fire Condor) are life partners, both Qheswa natives from Pisac - Sacred Valley of the Inkas (Cusco - Peru).
They live in a traditional community where the wisdom of their ancestors is kept alive. Besides their ceremonial work, they are also talented musicians. Their rituals are accompanied by music and song from the Andean tradition.
Their deepest desire is to establish a shamanic center in Peru. By sharing their work in Europe, they generate funds to realize this center. Your participation will contribute to this meaningful goal, thank you!
