Welkom bij deze volle maan vrouwencirkel!

Laad op, rust en reflecteer in het bijzijn van andere vrouwen. Doe je sociale maskers af en zit in je zijn. Adem. Beweeg. Deel.

De volle maan staat voor voltooien, voor stromen, voor veel energie. Voor intuitie. Het is een prachtig moment om samen te komen en ons vrouw-zijn te vieren.

We verbinden met ons lijf door samen te bewegen, ademen en sounden. We delen en zetten een intentie voor deze maan. Ook journalling en bodywork kunnen ingezet worden, als dat de groep dient.

OVER MIJ
Bewegen is mijn thuis. Ik ben professioneel danseres, yoga instructeur en therapeut in de Ilan Lev Methode (bodywork dat op speelse manier beweging door je hele lijf stuurt zodat je spanning en trauma kunt loslaten).

Ceremonie vormt een groot deel van mijn practice. Onlangs heb ik twee zonen gekregen, naast mijn twee prachtige dochters. Sindsdien is 'alleen' fysiek sterk zijn niet meer genoeg: structuur, ritueel en rust zijn deel van mijn dagelijkse routine geworden.

Vrouwencirkels hosten is één van mijn manieren om voor mezelf te zorgen en mijn practices te delen. Ik help je te gronden in je lijf zodat je je innerlijke wijsheid kunt volgen en authentiek jezelf kunt zijn. Insta: @manoukoreman

Recharge, reflect and rest in the presence of other women. Take off your social masks and simply be. Breathe. Move. Share.

The full moon stands for completion, for flow, for peak energy. Fon intuition. It's a beautiful moment to get together and celebrate our femininity.

We will connect to our bodies through movement, breath and voice. We will share and set an intention for this moon. We might journal and work with touch, depending on what best serves the group.

ABOUT ME
Movement is home for me. I work as a professional dancer, yoga teacher and therapist in the Ilan Lev Method (bodywork that sends playful movement through the body from all directions, releasing tension and trauma).

Ceremony is a big part of my practice. I recently had two sons join my two beautiful daughters. Now I need more than 'just' physical strength: structure, ritual and rest have become necessities in my daily routine.

Hosting women's circles is my way of caring for me and sharing my practices. I help women and men get grounded in their bodies so they can follow their inner wisdom and feel authentically themselves. Insta: @manoukoreman
