As summer comes into full bloom, nature radiates vitality, abundance, and expansive energy. After the steady emergence of spring, this season invites us to move outward, take action, and fully engage with life. It’s a time to embrace momentum, pursue what excites us, and channel our energy into doing, creating, and experiencing all that is in full swing.

This is a moment to rise, engage, and direct your energy outward. But to do so, we first need to pause, rest and go inwards to feel what actions are calling to be taken? What within you is ready to be expressed and brought fully into the world?

You are warmly invited to a 2.5-hour Cacao, Breathwork & Soundbath Ceremony: a nourishing and heart-opening journey designed to help you ground in your body, release tension, and reconnect with your inner world.

We begin by sharing ceremonial cacao, a gentle heart-opening plant medicine that supports presence, connection, and intention setting. From there, you will be guided through breathwork practices that help release stored tension, calm the nervous system, and deepen awareness of your body and emotions.

After the breath journey, you’ll be invited to lie down comfortably and receive a deep soundbath with singing bowls and other carefully selected instruments. The vibrations help guide the body into deep relaxation, allowing space for integration, clarity, and rest.

Together, cacao, breath, and sound support you to:
