Cha Dao, or the "Way of Tea," is an old Chinese tradition that turns making tea into a mindful practice. It’s about being present and finding balance. Each step, like choosing the tea, heating the water, or pouring it, is done carefully and intentionally. It’s a way to connect with nature, your surroundings, and the people you share tea with. The focus is on simplicity, harmony, and being fully in the moment.

About Me:
I’m a tea guide at MoyChay. I’ve always been drawn to tea for its ability to bring people together and create moments of deeper connection. I’m excited to share this practice of tea and meditation to share space to connect with yourself and others. My intention is to create a space where we can slow down, ground ourselves, and deepen our connection to the present moment through tea.
