Truffelceremonie · Een innerlijke reis

Iedere reis is anders.

A truffle ceremony is a journey inward — toward what wants to be seen, felt, and released.

Truffles are a natural plant medicine used for centuries to expand consciousness. Throughout life, we all build up layers. These unconscious parts can create blockages: a feeling of stagnation, of
being stuck, of not being able to move forward. During the ceremony, a heightened sensory awareness may arise — insights surface, emotions come to the foreground, and something in you softens.

Every journey is different. Participants often experience greater clarity, deep connection, and access to a layer within themselves that is otherwise hard to reach.

The Ceremony
You lie on a mattress, warm and covered, in a small and intimate group. I guide you throughout the entire journey, supported by music, sound healing, breathwork, bodywork, and meditation — in a safe and held space. Afterwards, we close gently with tea and light snacks, with space to share if you feel called to.

Guidance
Magic truffles have had a profound impact on my own life. From that experience — and my training as a ceremonial facilitator, I create a safe container in which you can move through your own process, at
your own pace.
