Breathwork & Sound Healing Journey

À propos de cet événement

I recently moved from India to the Netherlands and am excited to begin offering this heart-centered work in a safe, and compassionate space.

A Powerful Combination of Breathwork & Sound Healing

Conscious Connected Breathwork helps unlock and release stored emotional tension, while Sound Healing gently guides your body into a state of deep rest and integration. Together, they create a powerful healing journey—allowing you to both move what is ready to be released and feel safely supported as your nervous system returns to balance.✨🌻
