Being Trees - An Eco-Somatic Walk

This is an invitation.

An invitation to come with us on a walk outside. To open our senses, be present, connect to ourselves and our surrounding, together.

We will take the time to listen and slow down.

Listening to the trees sharing their wisdom, feeling the support of the earth below our feet, sensing the soft whispers of the wind and observing the ongoing dance around us.
A shared human and non-human experience inspiring each other.

We will begin with a walk which may evolve into something more: a dance, a conversation without words, a sound, and perhaps a greater understanding of what it means to be a part of this ever changing, immensely beautiful network.

We meet this Sunday at 16h in Amelisweerd, Bunnik.
~ 2h eco somatic walk with potluck afterwards! We will end at the river to cool our bodies in the water.

Donation based, suggestion: € 10-25
You can donate via Hipsy or afterwards. Please sign up though, so we know who is coming.

Johannes is a musician, interdisciplinary performer, composer and facilitator. He creates spaces for (somatic) movement and improvisation that allow authentic connections with oneself and others to unfold. Imagination, care and vulnerability are essential languages in his art and teachings.

He integrates elements from the Feldenkrais Method, Body Mind Centering, Non-violent communication, Contact-Improvisation, Instant composition as well as from his personal healing journey and years of research through deep patterns and chronical illness.
