FREE FLOW & FOUNDATIONS | 8 WEEK COURSE
We. Dance. Together.
-----We create a community where people come closer to themselves and each other through African dances -----
Also 1/2 ticket avalaible, for joining 5 sessions.
For 8 weeks, we'll come together to explore the richness of different African dances and music styles in a warm, supportive community. Feeling more free in your body, every single week.
This course is about energy, connection, joy and growth.
Together we create a space where everyone is welcome. We encourage one another, celebrate each other's progress, and learn to connect more deeply with the music, our bodies and ourselves.
We'll dance, play, explore, laugh, reflect and grow. Over the course of eight weeks we'll build trust as a group, allowing us to go beyond simply learning steps. This is about embodying movement, expressing yourself and enjoying the journey together.
A safe space to move
This is a place to connect with your body, with others and with your own personal goals, guided by the groove of African music.
We move.
We learn.
We talk.
We explore.
Together we'll discover beautiful rhythms, diverse traditions and empowering movements—from Azonto to Coupé-Décalé, Afro House and more.
We honour the stories behind the dances, the creators and the cultures they come from, while also discovering our own story through movement.
You'll learn authentic foundations, but you'll also be invited to improvise, create and develop your own dance language.
African Dance Styles:
Throughout the course we'll explore a variety of African street and social dance styles.
The main focus will be Azonto from Ghana, alongside movements inspired by other West African traditional and contemporary styles that I've had the privilege to learn throughout my journey.

Why an 8-week course?
I'm passionate about sharing the beauty of African dance styles, their music and the communities they come from.
Just as important to me is creating a space where people truly get to know each other.
By staying together as one group for eight weeks, we can go much deeper than in a regular drop-in class. We build trust, celebrate each other's growth and create an environment where everyone feels safe to explore, be vulnerable and become more confident.
I've seen so much beautiful progress in previous courses—not only in dance, but also in confidence, freedom and connection. That's why I keep choosing this format.
And if you've already joined before...Keep coming.Every course brings new insights, deeper embodiment and new layers of growth.
We're always learning.
(Shout-out to Cecilia, who has joined ALL my courses already. ❤️)
