On August 8th we enter the energy of the Lion's Gate Portal.
A powerful moment associated with expansion, heart activation, manifestation, and remembrance of your inner light.
During this time the Sun moves through Leo ~ the sign connected to the heart, creativity, courage, authentic self expression and life force energy.
At the same time Sirius, often called the Spiritual Sun, rises and aligns energetically with the Earth and the Sun, making this portal feel especially potent for awakening, clarity and transformation.
This Sound Bath is an invitation to pause beneath the frequencies of crystal sound and journey inward ~ releasing old layers, awakening new intentions, and opening the heart to receive.
Together we soften into the healing vibrations of the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, creating space for reflection, expansion and deeper connection with ourselves.

What to expect during the Lions Gate Sound Bath
~ Awaken your body and energy system
Begin with somatic practices, selected breathing techniques, and meditation ~ to drop from your head into your body, open inner pathways, activate vitality, and quiet the thinking mind.
~ Guided into stillness and conscious rest
With your breath and sound as the gateway, you are led into deep relaxation while lying supported by cushions and blankets.
~ Receive healing crystal sound
Experience the resonant waves of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls ~ infused with gemstones, precious metals, and rare minerals their vibrations flowing through body, mind, and spirit to balance energy centres and release blockages.
~ share from the heart, closing in community
Tips for Your Session:
To support your experience, please avoid eating too heavily and drinking coffee beforehand. Dress warmly and comfortably. You may wish to bring your own blanket or shawl to ensure cosiness and deep comfort.
Doors open 15 minutes before start to grab a tea and to get cosy.

Lydia is a dedicated Sound-, Meditation and Breathwork Facilitator with the intention of guiding people toward more softness, compassion and spaciousness.
Experiencing an Alchemy Crystal Sound Healing in a warm welcoming environment cultivates deep conscious rest, the origin of everyone’s journey.
Lydia is convinced that the healing power of sound is accessible for everyone and as she is inspired by the Japanese concept of Wabi Sabi which focuses on finding beauty within the imperfections of life and accepting the natural cycle of growth and decay, she invites everybody to join my sessions as they are - completely pure and already perfect.
Next to Sound Healing, Mediation and Breathwork Lydia is also studied in different Yoga Styles and the traditional System of Usui Reiki.
She is guided by curiosity and exploration approaching to blend in all her studies of different healing modalities into her sessions and to share the knowledge she gained and still gaining during her trainings, self discovery and travels around the globe.
