SESSION FLOW
Arrival & opening: We begin with a short meditation and somatic awareness exercise to help you settle in, let go of the day’s energy, and prepare yourself to experience the evening wholly.
Once everyone is comfortably lying down on their mat, you will be guided into relaxation with a tailored sound immersion (featuring gongs, singing bowls, prayer bells, chimes, etc.)
The layers of sound and vibration help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and invite the body into a deeply restful state.
As the sound journey unfolds, gentle energy work will be offered to each participant. This subtle, non-invasive practice is intended to support the body's natural energetic balance, encourage the release of tension or energetic blockages, and deepen the sense of relaxation and restoration.
The session concludes with a period of quiet integration, giving you time to gently return to the present moment before the evening comes to a close. Throughout the experience, there is nothing you need to do. Simply relax, breathe, and allow the combination of sound and energy to support your well-being.
The evening is concluded with a Reflection & Integration period, a chance to gently return and integrate the experience.

YOUR FACILITATORS: Philipp (@alchemist.of.sound) and Reece (@reece_backhouse)
△ Philipp is a sound practitioner with a passion for the profound relaxation that sound can bring. He studied sound therapy at the Peter Hess Institute and was previously part of a studio collective in Berlin. Now based in Amsterdam, he enjoys sharing this practice with his new and expanding community.
Philipp says “I believe that immersing ourselves in harmonizing frequencies helps us to reconnect with our true nature. If we allow ourselves to truly listen, we can enter a state of presence where only the current moment exists. Here we can find inspiration, clarity, and release. While there are many modalities to access this state of lucidity, I am grateful to provide one of them.”
△ Reece is a Reiki Master and holistic practitioner with training in a range of complementary disciplines, including pranayama breathwork, acupressure, philosophy, and coaching. By thoughtfully integrating these modalities, he creates personalized one-to-one and group experiences that support balance, self-awareness, and deep restoration, helping clients reconnect with themselves and cultivate lasting wellbeing.
Reece says: “True wellbeing begins with returning to yourself. When mind, body, and spirit come into harmony, life becomes a journey of presence, purpose, and lasting transformation.”
