From the Head to the Heart

A 7 day retreat where rescued horses guide you back to yourself.

Step away from the busyness of everyday life and immerse yourself in the peaceful nature of the Algarve. Together with our rescued horses, experienced facilitators and a small group of like minded people, you'll reconnect with who you truly are.

The horses gently mirror your emotions, patterns and energy without judgement. Their quiet presence helps you slow down, let go of old stories and move from your head back to your heart.

Throughout the week we combine different practices that support deep transformation while leaving plenty of time to rest, integrate and simply enjoy being in nature.

During this retreat you will experience

Sessions take place outdoors in the horse fields or on the yoga deck whenever possible. When the weather changes we gather in our beautiful Zen Shala overlooking the sanctuary.

You will stay in one of our cosy caravans or you're welcome to bring your own camper or caravan.

To keep every retreat personal, we welcome a maximum of 7 participants.
