Breathwork Experience - RENEWAL -

À propos de cet événement

I invite you to join an intimate ceremony that combines intentional breathing techniques with evocative music to gently guide you in an altered state of consciousness. In this alchemical space—where chants, music, and instruments blend together—you are guided into a deeply introspective journey. As you reconnect with your breath and your body, you create space for emotions to surface and for old tension, past experiences, and energetic blockages to release.

During the session we will explore the theme of RENEWAL — a moment where you let go of what feels heavy, breathe out what no longer supports you, and create space inside for something new. Renewal isn’t a big dramatic change; it’s a soft shift, a quiet turning point where you begin to feel lighter and more aligned with your needs and your limits.

The ceremony will open with a welcome circle, an energetic activation and the Breathwork journey itself, followed by a time for integration and closing.

The space is held with consciousness and kindness, allowing each person to honor their own pace and personal intention. You will NOT be pushed into hyperventilation or to go beyond your limits. You hold the reins on your own rhythm. Nothing will be forced. There is nothing to succeed. Just experience what will be there for you at the time.

Participation: 50 euro
I prioritise a small and personal setting (6 persons max.).
If you have any questions or need anything before the session, feel free to reach out.
