À propos de cet événement
Do you sometimes feel stuck in your relationships, or struggle with your own sense of masculinity? Do you ever feel unsure of your strength as a man?
Welcome to our Men's Circle!
This September, our Men's Circle kicks off a new cycle of 5 sessions. Once a month, on Wednesdays, we come together with a group of up to 15 men to be MEN together.
What does that mean?
Every session has a theme connected to masculinity. Think:
Anger vs. aggression
Leadership
Setting boundaries
Sexuality
Emotional regulation as a man
Nonviolent communication
This work is often called men's work. At its core are the following values:
Authenticity
Responsibility
Leadership
Direction
Support
Some themes will be brought in by the participants, that's you! For the coming cycle, we're starting with a set program of themes to work on our healthy masculinity. This is built around the 4 Archetypes (King, Warrior, Lover, Magician), a well-known model developed by Jungian psychologist Robert Moore.
COMMITMENT
The first session is an introduction. It's a chance to explore how we work and see if it's the right fit for you.
After that, we ask for a real decision: committing to the following 4 sessions. The power of this work grows much stronger with a consistent group of dedicated men.
DATES
September 23 - Masculinity & Initiation (Open session)
October 28 - Vision & Responsibility
November 25 - Discipline & Boundaries
December 9 - Desire & Inspiration
January 6 - Awareness & Transformation
A new cycle will then start in February (likely with new men joining).
INVESTMENT (excl. VAT)
The first session (2.5 hours) is €15 to get acquainted. After that, it's €50 per session. That means €215 total if you decide to commit, or €200 if you were already committed.
About EleMens:
EleMens is a new initiative of mine. A little about me: my name is Rick! I was a teacher and student coach for 10 years. My dream is to help people even more in their personal growth. That's why I founded EleMens. There's real power in a group of men willing to be vulnerable with each other. In the dynamic with our female counterparts, things can get complicated: you want something from her, she wants something from you. This can create triggers, insecurities, and conflict. With a group of men, you can set all of that down for a while so you can return to your life afterward stronger, and with more clarity.
The Men's Circles create the bedding, the structure. I also organize retreats, creating deep dives to reconnect with themselves through nature. Our society has shifted away from nature and indoors between concrete walls. Office jobs and endless screens have brought a lot of depression, anxiety, and uncertainty into people's lives. On our retreats, you're outside the whole time, learning about nature: foraging, fire-making, cold training, breathwork, and spending 24 hours alone in the wilderness. Through reflection exercises and coaching, you reconnect with your own core.
Once you made the deep dive, you can return home and continue your growth in the Men's Circles.
