Five Days of Community, Land & Co-Creation
Hello seekers of a truthful life,
We are a group of people in the process of buying a beautiful piece of land in the Belgian mountains of the Ardennes, where a river flows through the land and where we are able to build a small village.
After 5 years of experimenting, living together and growing Earth-reliant living, we are ready to take the next step.
We would like to invite people to join us in our next steps of community creation — a path that is about deepening our connection with ourselves, with each other, and with the Earth in a deep and truthful way.
A gathering about bringing the vision into reality
This five-day gathering will focus on the practical and creative steps needed to bring our vision for the land and the community into reality.
We are moving from imagining towards building, and we want to explore this process together.
How do we shape the land while listening deeply to what is already there?
How can we create a layout that allows people, nature, food systems, children, community spaces and the wider ecosystem to flourish together?
What could our natural farming system look like?
How can we create a financial foundation that supports the land and the people living around it?
What programs, gatherings and offerings could we create that allow people to connect with the land and with the community?
And how can we build meaningful relationships with the people, families, friends and communities already living in the surrounding region?
Our wider inquiry
Alongside the practical work, we will continue exploring what it means to create a different way of living.
We are exploring questions such as:
What are we deeply longing for?
How can we live differently?
How can we become more Earth-reliant?
How can we integrate the natural rhythms of life into our daily lives?
How can we create a place that contributes to the wider ecosystem rather than taking from it?
How can we build a community that is connected to the people and places around it?**
We are exploring how to create our own food systems through growing wild gardens, eating in the most natural way, and understanding that we can live differently when we become more reliant on the Earth's resources and wisdom.
We are curious about how we can create ecosystems that support health and wellbeing through deep connection with nature.
At the heart of this journey is the question of **deep connection** and the forming of a culture of trust between one another, through the practice of understanding ourselves, taking responsibility for ourselves, and not placing blame on others.
Instead, we seek to help each other, to show each other a mirror, and to grow together in truth.
Five days of co-creation
During these five days we will explore and work together on:
* The next steps towards purchasing the new land and making the vision tangible
* Creating a first layout and understanding how the different elements of the land can live together
* Developing our natural farming and food-growing plans
* Exploring funding possibilities and financial models for the land and community
* Developing programs, gatherings and ways for people to connect with the land
* Understanding the bioregion around the land, its people, ecology, farming, businesses, schools, resources and existing initiatives
* Exploring how we can build relationships with neighbours and the wider community
* Creating ways for friends, families and new people to become connected to the journey
* Exploring how each of us can contribute our skills, creativity, resources and energy
* Continuing to move from vision into practical action
This is not a gathering where everything needs to be decided.
It is an opportunity to look at what is possible, bring different perspectives together, ask better questions, and take concrete steps forward.
We are all creative beings, and together we can be such a co-creative force to bring change.
Come and build with us
This gathering is an opportunity to meet us, spend time together, explore the land, understand more about our vision, and discover where you might connect with the journey.
We welcome people who are curious about community, natural farming, land stewardship, regenerative living, bioregional connection, building, organising, communication, creativity, education, finance, or simply finding new ways to contribute to a more connected future.
You don't need to have all the answers.
We are especially interested in meeting people who truly want to build and co-create, people who are ready to put their two feet in, to learn, to contribute, and to grow together.
We are seeking to create something rooted in love, deep connection, truth, creativity, trust and sacred activism.
Come explore with us.
Come ask questions.
Come bring your ideas and your skills.
Come meet the land and the people.
Together, let's explore what becomes possible when a vision starts becoming real.**

1- Gathering Contribution (choose what feels right for you)
We offer five contribution options for the gathering. The gathering experience itself is the same for everyone; the different amounts are there to acknowledge that people have different financial circumstances and different capacities to contribute. This covers the gathering itself, the program, facilitation, materials and the shared space we are creating together.
Please choose the amount that feels honest, comfortable, and sustainable for you. At the same time, if you have more financial space, choosing a higher contribution helps us keep the gathering accessible to people with less.
Our five contribution options:
Supported
For those who need to keep their contribution as low as possible.
Accessible
For those with a more limited budget.
Standard
A balanced contribution that helps cover the true costs of the gathering.
Supportive
For those who have more financial space and would like to contribute a little more.
Generous
For those who can contribute more and help create accessibility for others.
We trust that, together, we can create an exchange that is fair, transparent, and rooted in abundance rather than scarcity.
2. Food
Food and drinks are not included in the gathering contribution.
We will provide local, organic food and drinks for 5 days, and kindly ask for a total contribution of €75 per adult paid upon arrival.
3. Sleeping arrangements
Sleeping is not included in the gathering contribution.
You can choose between:
A. Camping, bring your own tent.
As a contribution towards the land and the basic facilities, we normally ask €15 per person per night. This is a reference amount rather than a fixed price. We trust you to contribute what feels fair and possible for you. This is also to be paid upon arrival.
B. Private room, limited availability and available for an additional fee. Please contact us if you are interested.

A note about contribution and accessibility
It is our wish that Circle Way Tribe gatherings and ceremonies remain accessible to everyone, including families.
We are learning how to create a culture of trust and abundance, and this includes how we exchange resources with one another.
If the supported contribution is difficult for you, please reach out to us. We would rather have an honest conversation than have finances become a barrier to connection.
At the same time, we invite those who have more space to contribute to hold that possibility for others.
Our intention is to find an exchange that feels fair, transparent and supportive of everyone involved, while allowing us to continue growing and moving towards our vision of building a culture of trust and abundance.
