As the seasons begin to shift, nature gently reminds us that not everything is meant to be carried forward.

Autumn is a season of letting go. The trees release their leaves, the days slowly grow shorter, and nature begins to turn inward. After the fullness and outward energy of summer, we too are invited to slow down, soften, reflect, and release what no longer feels aligned.

What are you ready to let go of?
What have you been carrying that feels too heavy to bring into the next season?
And what space might open when you allow yourself to simply pause?

You are warmly invited to a 2.5-hour Cacao, Breathwork & Soundbath Ceremony; a nourishing and grounding journey inspired by the energy of autumn.

Together, we create space to slow down and turn inwards. To honour all that this season has brought, to release what no longer serves us, and to reconnect with what truly matters as we move into the darker and quieter months.

We begin by sharing ceremonial cacao, a gentle heart-opening plant medicine that supports presence, connection, and intention setting. With the warmth of cacao, we take a moment to arrive fully in our bodies and connect with what is asking to be felt, acknowledged, or released.

From there, you will be guided through a breathwork journey designed to help move stagnant energy, release stored tension, and create space within the body and mind. An invitation to breathe out what you no longer need to hold onto.

After the breath journey, you’ll be invited to lie down comfortably and receive a deeply restorative soundbath with singing bowls and other carefully selected instruments. Allow the vibrations and sounds to guide you into deep rest, supporting integration, softness, and a sense of coming home to yourself.

Together, cacao, breath and sound support you to:

No experience with cacao, breathwork or sound healing is needed. This ceremony is open to anyone who feels the call to slow down, reconnect, and give themselves space to simply be.
