Queer Yoga is back! đ
A weekend to move, breathe, connect and have fun with like-minded people.
No matter how busy or overwhelming life gets, we all need moments where we can feel safe, be ourselves and spend time with people who understand us. Queer Yoga was created as a space to support our personal growth, build community and enjoy being together.
Rather than simply coming to a yoga class and saying goodbye afterwards, we want to create an opportunity to meet, connect and support each other, both on the inside and out.
This time, Can will guide you through a Vinyasa and Yin yoga practice, followed by a dynamic breathwork session led by Oscar.
We recommend joining both sessions to experience the full journey, but you are also very welcome to attend just one.
Why Queer Yoga?
Our Queer Yoga events, launched in 2026, are not only about yoga or movement. They are about creating a safe and welcoming space where we can:
- Spend time with like-minded people
- Feel part of a community
- Support our personal growth
- Move, breathe and reconnect with ourselves
- Meet new people and build meaningful connections
Enjoy a fun and nourishing weekend together!

Meet Your Instructors đ
Can:
Can has been teaching yoga and meditation for 20 years and is also an interdisciplinary artist and somatic instructor. Alongside his workshops in Istanbul, Paris and Barcelona, he continues to explore the body, movement and self-awareness through both artistic and somatic practices.
He sees yoga as one of the most powerful tools for understanding ourselves and connecting with our own potential. Through HEALIVE., the platform he founded in 2022, Can offers individual somatic sessions and yoga practices.
In 2026, he also founded HEALIVE. â Queer Yoga Community, a growing space for connection, personal growth and shared practice. The community continues to expand through guest instructors and different collaborations.
Canâs classes are playful, deep and challenging in the best way: inviting you to move beyond your limits with the right guidance, curiosity and a good dose of joy.
Oscar:
Hi, Iâm Oscar. A Spaniard who somehow ended up breathing for a living in Amsterdam â which is not exactly what I told my parents, but here we are.
I come from a pretty intense corporate background, with Netflix being my last stop. I left before it completely consumed me and started looking for something that could genuinely help people caught in that same loop. Thatâs when I found breathwork.
I now run my own practice, Niu dâOscar, here in Amsterdam.
This session is built around joy â not the performed kind, but the kind that sneaks up on you when your walls come down and you realise there are other people in the room going through something similar.
Through activating breath, vagus nerve stimulation with humming and a soft Tetra close, weâll create space to set an intention and actually feel it.
Come ready to breathe, make some noise and laugh without apology.
