Divine Feminine Breathwork, Cacao & Microdose Journey
Saturday 3 October · Amsterdam · 16:30 - 20:30· · Rumah Yoga

You don't have to arrive at anything in particular. Not open, not prepared, not already halfway there.
Come as you are on a Saturday afternoon; tired, full, somewhere else in your head and let the room do some of the work.
We're Ebru and Kim, and we're holding this one together.

Why we're doing this
Our intention is simple. To make a space where your feminine energy can move without being managed. Where the layers that no longer belong to you get to loosen, and you get a few hours closer to the core of who you are.
Both of us are in a season of waking up. This ceremony came out of that. The combination of breath, cacao and a microdose is one we've both been drawn to for a while, and we're genuinely curious what happens when the three of them meet in one room.

The arc of the afternoon
We arrive. A short meditation to land, and time to set your intention.
We drink. A cup of ceremonial cacao, and an optional microdose. Then a sharing circle, so we're not a room of strangers by the time anything opens.
We move. While the cacao and the dose settle, we prepare the body with bioenergetic and somatic practice: grounding, shaking, letting go of what's being held. This isn't about forcing anything open. It's about creating enough safety that the body is willing to be met.
We breathe. Rebirthing breathwork. One continuous breath, no pause between the inhale and the exhale. This circular rhythm moves you past the thinking mind and into the body's own memory, and lets whatever's been held — emotion, memory, old protection — surface and move.
What's underneath the holding isn't always what you'd expect. Sometimes it's grief. Sometimes it's anger. And sometimes, when there's finally room, it's love.
We land. Somatic integration: gentle movement, stillness, reflection. Time for your nervous system to absorb and actually keep what surfaced, rather than having an experience and walking straight back out the door.
Throughout, we're both with you. Ebru offers intuitive touch, energetic and fascia work if and when it supports what's moving through you — always with your consent, and you can change your mind at any moment without explaining yourself. Kim shares her Sacred Aroma Frequencies to support your connection to your own intuition.

A word about the breath
The breath we use is continuous and circular, and sustained over time it deliberately shifts the balance of oxygen and CO2 in your blood. That's why things happen.
Tingling in the hands and face, cramping in the fingers, temperature changes, shaking, tears, laughter, nausea, or nothing much at all — all of it sits within normal range, and all of it passes.
We're not going to promise you a healing or a breakthrough. What we can say is that the body tends to respond to being given time and attention, and that this is a practice you get to keep long after the room empties.
It's also worth naming plainly: breathwork can bring you into contact with things you weren't planning to meet. That's why we ground first and integrate after, and why we stay close the whole way through. You can slow down, stop, or open your eyes at any point. Nothing here is a test.

Who's holding you
Ebru — @breathandbodymovement — is a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, somatic and embodiment coach based in Amsterdam. She's a certified Co-Active coach (ICF), a Qigong teacher, and works with fascia and bodywork alongside the breath.
Her work sits where nervous system science meets what the body already knows. She holds space slowly, asks before she touches, and follows what your body is actually doing rather than what the plan says. Nothing gets forced open here.
Kim Ruwa — @kimruwamedicinewoman — is based in Amsterdam and works with ceremonial cacao, plant medicines, aromatherapy, Reiki and dragon energy. A total fairy, and always exploring new ways of bringing the heart-medicine of cacao together with other modalities.

How to prepare
Pack a bag: a journal and pen, water, something for the altar, an eye mask, instruments if you play, and anything else that makes this feel sacred to you.
Dress in layers. You may get cold, then warm, then cold again.
Eat something light two to three hours beforehand. Not a full stomach, and not an empty one — sustained breathwork on an empty stomach tends to leave people lightheaded.
Leave alcohol, dairy, caffeine and other plant medicines alone from the night before.
And if you can, find some time outside beforehand to sit with what you're bringing.

What's waiting for you there
A safe, sacred space to put down what you're carrying. Ceremonial cacao, aroma frequencies, and an optional microdose. Tea, water, and something good to eat. A nest of mats, bolsters, pillows and blankets. Oracle cards, music, instruments, aromatherapy. And two people paying close attention to you.

Before you book
We'd rather have an honest conversation with you now than an awkward one at the door. Some of what follows means we'll adapt things for you. Some of it means this particular ceremony isn't the right one, and we'll tell you so kindly and clearly.
The breathwork isn't suitable for everyone. Please contact us before booking if any of these apply to you:
Pregnancy
Cardiovascular conditions, a history of heart attack or stroke, or uncontrolled high blood pressure
An aneurysm, personally or in your family history
Epilepsy or any history of seizures
Glaucoma or retinal detachment
Osteoporosis
Recent surgery or a current injury
Asthma or another respiratory condition — please bring your inhaler
Diabetes
Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or any history of psychosis
A recent psychiatric crisis or hospitalisation
Severe PTSD or active dissociation without ongoing support in place
The cacao and the microdose. Ceremonial cacao is a real stimulant and affects the heart. The microdose is psychoactive. Tell us before booking if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, have any heart condition or high blood pressure, or have a history of seizures.
If you take antidepressants or any other psychiatric medication — SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOIs, lithium, mood stabilisers — please tell us before you book, not on the day. For some combinations we'll skip the microdose entirely, and that's a conversation we want to have early and calmly.
Both the cacao and the microdose are optional. You're welcome in the full ceremony without either.
Allergies. Let us know as soon as possible about any allergies to spices, nuts, essential oils or anything else. Some essential oils are also unsuitable if you're epileptic.
The rest.
This ceremony is for adults, 18 and over.
We're facilitators, not medical or mental health professionals. Nothing here replaces medical or psychological care.
By signing up you take responsibility for your own process, and for telling us what we need to know beforehand. We can only hold you well if we know what we're holding.
Refunds until five days before the event, minus administrative costs. After that you're welcome to resell your ticket — email us at [xxxx] with the new participant's details so we can screen them too.

We're looking forward to meeting you.
With love, Kim & Ebru
