Breathwork Experience - SACRED FEMININE -

À propos de cet événement

I invite you to join an intimate ceremony that combines intentional breathing techniques with evocative music to gently guide you into an altered state of awareness. In this alchemical space—where breath, music and instruments blend together—you will be guided on a deeply introspective journey. Here you can let go of mental noise, reconnect with your body, and return to yourself. Breathwork is a simple yet powerful practice that can bring greater awareness, clarity, emotional release and personal growth.

During the session, we will explore the theme - SACRED FEMININE - An invitation to reconnect with a part of yourself that may not always have space to be fully expressed: the part that feels, senses, receives, creates, and moves through life with intuition and softness. The Sacred Feminine is not something to become, but something to remember. It is a natural wisdom that already lives within us, yet is often overshadowed by the demands, roles, and expectations of everyday life. Through the session, you will be invited to recognise this inner aspect of yourself, to meet it with curiosity and openness. This session offers a space to reconnect with your body, your intuition, and the quiet truth that lives within.

The ceremony will open with a welcome circle, meditative journey, somatic movements and the Breathwork itself, followed by a time for integration and closing.

The space is held with consciousness and kindness, allowing each person to honor their own pace and personal intention. You will NOT be pushed into hyperventilation or to go beyond your limits. You hold the reins on your own rhythm. Nothing will be forced. There is nothing to succeed. Just experience what will be there for you at the time.

Participation: 50 euro
I prioritise a small and personal setting (6 persons max.).
