AcroYoga workshop Lunar & Thai massage

Gun je zelf een ontspannende afsluiting van de week met Lunar acroyoga en Thai massage. Ontdek de zachte, ontspannende kant van de acroyoga door te geven én te ontvangen. Je hebt geen ervaring nodig, alleen een open mind en houding en zin om de verbinding aan te gaan.

Lunar is een onderdeel van therapeutic flying. Je kunt dit het beste omschrijven als een massage in de lucht die zowel voor de base als de flyer relaxt is. Gedurende twee uur neemt Yan Kei je mee in deze reis. De reis zal beginnen met een warming up die langzaam doorvloeit in verschillende oefeningen van de lunar. We sluiten af met een thaise massage.

Voorafgaande aan deze lunar workshop vindt onze wekelijkse jamsessie plaats. Hieraan kan je gratis deelnemen met een kaartje voor de workshop. De jamsessie is van 13:00 - 15:00 .

ALGEMENE VOORWAARDEN

Tenzij anders vermeld in het evenement, is annuleren kosteloos tot 14 dagen voor aanvang van het evenement. Bij annulering tot 7 dagen voor aanvang van het evenement brengen wij 50% van het totaalbedrag in rekening. Na deze tijd brengen wij de volledige prijs in rekening. Je kunt je ticket echter wel aan iemand anders verkopen. Mocht je een uitzonderlijke reden voor annulering hebben, neem dan contact met ons op. Door een ticket te kopen, ga je akkoord met deze policy en de onderstaande voorwaarden.
- Ik erken dat mijn deelname aan AcroYoga - dat acrobatiek, flexibiliteit, krachttraining, yoga, handstanden en handbalancering omvat - risico's op lichamelijk letsel kan inhouden als deze niet correct wordt uitgevoerd.
- Ik begrijp dat AcroYoga Zwolle haar uiterste best zal doen om een veilige en professionele leeromgeving te bieden, maar dat uiteindelijk mijn fysieke en emotionele welzijn mijn enige verantwoordelijkheid is.
- Door een ticket te kopen of deel te nemen aan een evenement van AcroYoga Zwolle, ga ik ermee akkoord AcroYoga Zwolle niet verantwoordelijk te stellen voor eventuele verwondingen, lichamelijk of anderszins, die kunnen optreden als gevolg van het beoefenen van AcroYoga of deelname aan een van deze activiteiten.
- De deelnemer is zich bewust van de risico’s verbonden aan de activiteit en dat faciliterende hal (TABONON) niet verantwoordelijk kan worden gesteld voor eventueel opgelopen letsel.

AcroYoga workshop Lunar & Thai massage

Treat yourself to a relaxing end to the week with Lunar Acroyoga and Thai Massage. Discover the gentle, calming side of acroyoga through both giving and receiving. No experience is required, just an open mind, a positive attitude, and a willingness to connect.

Lunar is a branch of therapeutic flying. It can best be described as an aerial massage that is relaxing for both the base and the flyer. During this two-hour workshop, Yan Kei will guide you on this journey. We will begin with a warm-up that gradually flows into various Lunar exercises. The session will conclude with a Thai massage.

Come with a partner or on your own; together we will create a safe and welcoming atmosphere!

Before this Lunar workshop, you are welcome to join our weekly jam session free of charge with your workshop ticket. The jam session takes place from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

- Unless otherwise stated in the event, cancellations are free up until 14 days before the event starts. For cancellations up until 7 days before the event starts we will charge 50% of the total amount. After this time, we will charge the full price. If you have an exceptional reason for cancellation, please contact us. However, you can sell your ticket to somebody else. By buying a ticket you agree with the policy and the terms and conditions.
- I acknowledge that my participation in AcroYoga - which includes acrobatics, flexibility, strength training, yoga, handstands and hand balancing- may involve risks of physical injury if not performed properly.
- I understand that the AcroYoga Zwolle will do their utmost best to provide a safe and professional learning environment, but that ultimately my physical and emotional wellbeing is my sole responsibility.
- By purchasing a ticket or participating in any event by AcroYoga Zwolle, I agree to not hold AcroYoga Zwolle responsible for any injuries, physical or otherwise, that might occur as a result of practicing AcroYoga or taking part in any of these activities.
- The participant is is aware of the risks associated with the activity and that facilitating hall (TABONON) cannot be held responsible for any injuries incurred.
