Step out of the city's pulse. Step into stillness. Beneath Utrecht, inside a centuries-old sanctuary, KAIRÉ invites you into an intimate somatic sound journey, a space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with yourself.

Drawing inspiration from Brazilian Indigenous sound traditions and contemporary approaches to sound and somatic practice, the experience weaves together live ícaros, resonant frame drums, bronze singing bowls, tuned frequencies, and deep periods of silence.

Let the city fade into the background. Feel the vibration of sound through your body.

The Experience:

Ancestral Sound - Live ícaros and rhythmic frame drumming, inspired by traditional Brazilian Indigenous practices, create a deeply immersive sonic environment.

Somatic Resonance - Weighted tuning forks, bronze bowl stacks and other resonant instruments invite you to experience sound not just as something you hear, but as something you feel.

Deep Rest - Guided into stillness through sound, vibration and spacious silence, you’re invited to let go of the pace of everyday life and settle into a quieter state of presence.

Integration:
After the journey, there is time for gentle grounding, reflection and a warm cup of organic herbal tea before returning to the outside world.

Optional Microdosing:
For those who wish to explore an altered sensory experience, an optional microdose plant-support element is available at the beginning of the session. This is entirely optional. The sound journey is complete in itself.

Your Space:
The experience takes place in an intimate underground sanctuary in Utrecht, with a maximum of 10 participants. Yoga mats, meditation cushions and warm blankets are provided. Just arrive in comfortable clothing and bring yourself.
