Creative Journeys - Reconnect with Your Inner Child

À propos de cet événement

Creative Journeys is a series of guided creative experiences designed to help you reconnect with your natural creativity, intuition and curiosity. Each session introduces a different playful prompt that encourages experimentation, fresh perspectives and creating without the pressure to produce something perfect.

Alongside creative development, these experiences can have a gentle therapeutic quality. The process of creating may support relaxation, emotional release, self-awareness and a greater sense of inner balance. It offers space to slow down, express what may be difficult to put into words and reconnect with yourself through colour, form, imagination and play.

The focus is not on artistic technique or the final result, but on the process: noticing ideas, following unexpected directions and allowing yourself to explore. Some activities may also include reflection, conversation or exchanging perspectives with others.

These sessions are for anyone who wants to create more freely, rediscover their imagination or experience the calming and restorative potential of creativity. No artistic experience is required - only openness and curiosity. The sessions are therapeutic in nature, but they are not a substitute for psychological therapy or medical care.
