Singing in Zen 🎶

Reconnect with your voice and let your creativity flow.

Welcome to the first edition of Singing in Zen!
A creative workshop where singing, writing and relaxation come together. A chance to step out of your head, calm your nervous system and make room for new ideas, sounds and inspiration.

Hosted by Dune Aimee (vocal coach & singer-songwriter) and Sabine Rosema (yoga teacher, goldsmith & mantra singer), we combine mantra singing, group singing, gentle yoga and creative writing.

We’ll experiment with words, explore harmonies and sing a familiar pop song together. Through simple exercises, breathwork and yoga, we’ll also take a moment to slow down and reset. The focus is on letting go of perfection, trying things out and rediscovering the fun of making something, without needing to know exactly where it’s going.

No singing or writing experience needed. Just bring yourself and a little curiosity!


Programme:
Reset & mantra singing: breathing, simple nervous system exercises and mantra singing.
Creative writing: explore words, ideas and inspiration without overthinking.
Group singing & harmonies: experiment with harmonies and sing a familiar pop song together.
Gentle yoga & reflection: take a moment to reset and reflect on your creative process.
