Dear woman,

Join us for a powerful afternoon of gentle breathwork and artistic expression.
Here we use the breath to soften the grip of whatever holds us back and let paint flow beyond expectation.

It is not about making something "beautiful"—it’s about releasing, exploring, and daring to paint outside of your comfort zone.

For generations, women have been taught to soften their voices, make themselves small, and adapt to a world that was not built for their full expression. This conditioning runs deep, passed down through the body like an unspoken inheritance. It manifests as hesitation, self-doubt, a tightening in the chest when we dare to take up space.

But what if we could breathe our way back to our true size? Inside and outside ourselves, and our manifestation in the world.

Breathwork is a reclamation. A doorway into the body’s wisdom. With every deep inhale, we expand beyond the limits we were taught. With every exhale, we release the old stories that no longer serve us. Breath reconnects us to life, to possibility, to the parts of ourselves that have been waiting to be seen.
Generational trauma carries a silent weight in our cells, his has kept many women in a state of contraction. The fear of being too much, too loud, too visible. But breath is a force of remembrance. It tells us: you are allowed to take up space. You are allowed to exist fully.

Authentic expression through art is a rebellion against smallness. Through our hands, our bodies, our colors and movements, we transform restriction into freedom. The brushstroke becomes a voice. The clay, a declaration. The canvas, a mirror reflecting back our wholeness.

This woman's circle is a safe space that enables you to step beyond self-imposed limits and encourages you to express and create from a place of inner freedom. Through art, we find a portal to healing, transformation, and self-discovery. Together, in sisterhood, we hold space for one another.



What to Expect

Breathwork to Open & Connect – With a soft guided breathing session by Lotte, you will learn to make space in your body and tap into your intuition. The breath will guide you into deeper presence and connection to self and help you to unlock your creative flow.

Expressive Painting – No rules, no perfection—just movement, fun, color, and raw expression.
This is about choosing on your terms.
