🌿 Moeder & Kind Retraite

Ontdek, speel en creëer samen in een magische plek in de natuur. Deze retreat nodigt gezinnen uit om de kracht van klank, verhalen en buiten zijn te ervaren met een balans tussen creativiteit, beweging en ontspanning.

Voor wie:
Ouders en kinderen (3-14 jaar oud) die ernaar verlangen om samen muziek te maken, verbinden met de natuur. Kleine groep van maximaal 5 moeders + kinderen.

Wat kun je verwachten:
🎶 Samen zingen, muziekmaken en speels klankonderzoek voor alle leeftijden
🌲 Wandelingen in de natuur en buitenspelen!
🔥 Avonden rond het kampvuur met verhalen, reflectie en samenzijn
🌀 Ademwerk en zachte beweging om te ontspannen en te openen
🎨 Creatieve co-creaties en familie-muziekmomenten
✨ Ruimte voor stilte, verbinding en verwondering

Optioneel: gezinnen kunnen verblijven in een privékamer, caravan of tent (breng warme spullen mee als je buiten slaapt!).

WEEKRITME
Dag 1 – Aankomst
15:00 → Inchecken
19:00 → Welkomstdiner & openingsceremonie

Dag 2–5
09:00 → Ontbijt
10:00 → Ochtendsessie / workshop
13:00 → Lunch (we koken samen)
15:00 → Middagworkshop of excursie
19:00 → Dinner (we koken samen)
21:00 → Vrije tijd

Tussendoor is er ruimte om de omgeving te verkennen, te ontspannen, te reflecteren of te duiken in spontane (co-)creaties.

Dag 6 – Vertrek
09:00 → Afsluitcirkel, opruimen & uitchecken voor 11:00

BEGELEIDING
De retreat wordt begeleid door holistisch stemcoach en singer-songwriter Milou Mignon. Zij brengt haar jarenlange ervaring als professioneel zangeres, theatermaker en songweaver samen met haar studies in sound healing, stembevrijding en ceremoniële kunsten. Ze heeft meer dan twintig jaar ervaring in het begeleiden van muziek- en theaterworkshops voor kinderen van alle leeftijden.

🕊️ Let op: deze bijdrage is niet restitueerbaar. We werken met kleine groepen, waardoor het niet mogelijk is om naar een andere week te verplaatsen. Kun je onverhoopt niet komen, dan mag je iemand anders in jouw plaats laten deelnemen.

🌿 A 5-day Mothers & Child Retreat

Reconnect, play and create together. In the forest we explore the power of music, creativity and nature. With an intimate group of maximum five families we spend five days full of:

🎶 Singing, chanting and playful sound exploration
🌲 Nature walks, outdoor games and creative co-creations
🔥 Campfire gatherings with music & food
🌀 Breathwork and yoga for kids
🎨 Storytelling, improvisation and family music-making
✨ Quiet moments, connection and wonder

For Whom:
Parents and children (3-14 years old), curious to experience the joy of making music, connecting with nature and sharing mindful, playful moments together.

Optional: Families can stay in a private room, a caravan or tent (bring warm gear if you choose the outdoors!).

No prior musical experience is required ~ just curiosity, openness and a sense of adventure.

WEEK RHYTHM
Day 1 Arrival
3 PM> Check in
7 PM Welcoming dinner & opening ceremony

Day 2-5
9 AM Breakfast
10 AM Workshop
1 PM Lunch (cooking together)
3 PM Workshop/Excursion
7 PM Dinner (cooking together)
9 PM Free time

In between there is free space to explore the surroundings, dedicate time to relax, reflect or open up for spontaneous (co-)creations.

Day 6 Departure
9 AM Closing circle, Cleaning up & Checking out before 11 AM

BY WHO?
The retreat is facilitated by singer Milou Mignon. She brings her decades of experience as a professional singer, theatre maker and songweaver together with her studies in sound healing, ceremonial arts and voice liberation. She has 2 decades experience facilitating music and theatre workshops for children af all ages.
