Dan is deze duoworkshop iets voor jou! Dan is deze partnerworkshop iets voor jou! Een middag om samen te ontspannen, te ervaren en te verdiepen.
Je gaat naar huis met:
• Meer verbinding met je eigen lichaam én met elkaar
• Meer gevoel voor wat je wilt (en wat niet)
• Handvaten en oefeningen om thuis te doen
We oefenen in het loslaten van verwachtingen, écht ontvangen en het aanwezig zijn in het moment.
Diepgang én plezier gegarandeerd. Het enige dat je nodig hebt: een open hart en elkaar.
Er is geen volledige naaktheid; het kan fijn zijn om een (tank)top te dragen zodat de schouders huid-op-huid gemasseerd kunnen worden.
Je kunt deelnemen met een vriend(in), partner, date of ook solo: we koppelen je dan aan iemand ter plekke.
Deze workshop is een samenwerking tussen Caroline van Expand more & more en Désirée van Rising Roots.
Caroline is al jaren massagetherapeut en gespecialiseerd in oliemassages, energetische massages en reiki. Haar stijl is warm, verbindend en van hoge kwaliteit.
Désirée is de oprichter van Rising Roots en heeft de afgelopen tien jaar een reis gemaakt waarin ze haar hoofd, hart en lichaam opnieuw met elkaar verbond.
Met een achtergrond in het bedrijfsleven werkt ze nu als conscious entrepreneur. Vanuit haar passie werd ze yogadocent en teacher in body consciousness.
Ze houdt ervan om mensen te verbinden met zichzelf, met anderen en met de natuur. Ze wordt vaak beschreven als warm, ervaren en iemand die het aardse en het spirituele moeiteloos verbindt.
📍 Locatie: op 6 minuten lopen van het station, met gratis parkeren op zondag.

• Learn basic massage techniques and practice them together. We created a delicious combination of oil, energetic and thai yoga massage. Main focus: head, shoulders & back.
• Spend an afternoon of real quality time together?
Then join this duo workshop in which you can relax, experience, deepen, and take exercises home. We’ll focus primarily on conscious touch and massage techniques. No full nudity, you might want to wear a (tank)top so your shoulders can be massaged skin to skin. You can also join with a friend, date or solo (we can pair you up).
Depth and fun guaranteed. What you need: an open mind and each other.

This workshop is a collaboration between Caroline from Expand more & more and Désirée from Rising Roots.
Caroline has been a massage therapist for years and is specialized in oil massages, energetic massages and reiki. Her approach is: warm, connective and high quality.
Désirée is the founder of Rising Roots and has made a journey the past 10 years in which she connected her mind, heart and body. Coming from a corporate background, she is now a conscious entrepreneur. Driven by her passion she also became a yoga teacher and body consciousness teacher. She loves to connect people to themselves, others and nature and is described as welcoming, experienced and representing both the down-to-earth and the spiritual.
