✨ Playground for Adults ✨
Theme of this session: Connection through play

Would you like to be more creative, but often find that overthinking and self-judgment get in the way?
Join the next Playground for Adults to overcome these blockages and enjoy expressing yourself freely through play.

My name is Jana, and I will guide you through a series of relaxing and playful exercises that bring you out of your mind and into your body. We will work with visual art, dance, and music. Based on my One Line Drawing Workshops (https://www.janamordhorst.com/workshops) I am offering a new opportunity to dicover your creativity.
Each Playground has a new theme — feel free to join once or come to all of them.

Donation-based:
This event is donation-based. After the workshop, you’re welcome to contribute what you can — between €10 and €45 (cash or Tikkie).

🌿 For whom?
This workshop is for adults who want to think less and do more. Any agegroup is welcome and you don’t need any experience with dance or art — I will guide you step by step through the evening.

🎨 Playing? Isn’t that for kids?
As grownups, we often forget how powerful play can be. Play is a wonderful way to discover new sides of yourself, improvise, and feel joy. We shift the focus from the final result to the process itself — helping you stay present and connected instead of stuck in your head.

✨ Key takeaways:
- Let go of limiting beliefs and expectations
- Express yourself freely
- Explore your creativity in a supportive group

- A folder to take your artworks home (if needed)
- Tea and water
