Let’s come together to align body, mind and heart for a beautiful year ahead.
This workshop is an invitation to explore the dance between acceptance and intention within you, and to notice how its nature shapes your life.

We’ll take time to reflect with appreciation, acceptance and celebration; honouring how far you’ve come and where you stand now.
Then we will embark on an inner journey to connect with and clarify your intentions for the year to come.

This conscious exploration helps us sense how our own intentions and the universe’s unfolding can come into greater harmony, releasing the tendencies to push or resist, and gently meeting the space where yin and yang converge.

Expect to move your body, be still, and lean into the support of the circle. We will weave together conscious movement, yin yoga, meditation, journaling and deep listening practices.

Give yourself this spacious time to slow down, turn inward, reflect, and gain a clearer sense of where you are and where you are headed.
