Spring is welcoming you, bringing a wave of fresh, potential energy. Let's ground these energies together and see what wants to come alive.

Theme of the evening
Touch can be deeply nourishing and yummy, but it can also be stressful or dysregulating. Practicing touch in a relaxed and safe space can help rewire the patterns of your nervous system.

By practicing conscious touch, you deepen the relationship with your body;
- How it communicates a yes and how it communicates a no.
- How you respond to those signals.
- How you communicate your wishes and boundaries to others.

Flow of the evening
To fully arrive and create a cozy bubble, we start the circle with a grounding meditation. After a moment of sharing, we drop deeper into our bodies through movement, self-touch and breath. All flavors of you are welcome in this space—every part of you is invited.

From this grounded place, we meet our sisters. In guided 1-on-1 practices we explore physical touch, the connection with our bodies and our communication.
The touch will be non-sexual.

We will close the evening with our voices. Sabine will guide us with her beautiful sounds and a mantra to seal and integrate the evening.

When women come together and allow themselves to be seen & heard, magic happens. Let yourself be nourished and empowered in sisterhood.

This is an intimate circle for a maximum of 10 women.
Some experience with meditation or yoga is helpful but not required.

When you arrive, our host Sabine will welcome you and show you around the space. Wear something you can move freely in and feel good in—whether that's comfy or shiny or something else. Tea and nourishing snacks will be waiting for you.
