Tantra Foundations Workshop

À propos de cet événement

We invite you to an introduction to the basics that help us feel safer in our bodies, more connected to ourselves, and more authentic in our interactions.

It’s a good fit if you’re new to tantra, curious about it, or if you’ve done some workshops before and want to brush up on the foundations of your practice. Our intention is to bring together spiritual teachings from tantra with a modern understanding of the human psyche and nervous system, in a way that feels grounded and useful in everyday life.

𝗪𝗲’𝗹𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲:
✨ Boundaries and consent
✨ Expressing desires and responding to the desires of others
✨ The power of slowing down and being present
✨ Nervous system regulation and co-regulation

The workshop is non-sexual, clothes stay on and open to all ages, genders, singles, and couples. Everything is invitation-based. You are always free to choose how much you want to participate. You are welcome to take a break at any time or adjust an exercise in a way that feels good for you.

👩‍🦰 𝗝𝗨𝗟𝗜𝗔
Hi, I’m Julia 🌿 My biggest passion is holding spaces where people feel safe, welcome, and free to be themselves. I love helping others feel seen and accepted just as they are.
I’ve been walking the tantric path for a few years and have held space in tantra workshops, temples, retreats, and cuddle puddles. I’m also a yoga teacher, contact improvisation facilitator and trained in Authentic Relating. Right now, I’m studying towards a degree in psychology, as I’m fully committed to the path of bringing in and multiplying unconditional love.

I live a nomadic life between Koh Phangan, Portugal, Berlin and Amsterdam and I’m really excited to share my magic with you✨
